Caroline Forest Apartments now called The View, He’ll I can go up on the parkway and look at Views for free, and not pay 1500 to do so, they have tried to remodeled but to no avail still has multiple issues, no justification for large rent increases, no washer dryer hookups or dishwashers and you can’t get maintenance to fix anything, Was nice place years ago but no has gone way down hill, never very clean, management never in office, took out kids swings to put in a small dog park 😂if you call it that, can’t empty dumpsters on schedule, the place has turned into a circus, It’s becoming very disappointed to see this in the Salem area.
